Adding PrimeOne Chat to your Desktop:

  1. Go to:
  2. Download that link. Then before you Login on your computer, Click the QR code instead of entering your email or phone number.
  3. Existing Chats should appear, but the conversations may not.

Adding Contacts:

  1. Use your phone first!
  2. Make sure the person you are adding is in your Phone Contacts first. If not, add them there with phone & Email. WATCH for correct spellings. You will NOT connect if anything is incorrect.
  3. Open the PrimeOne Chat app on your phone.
  4. There are 4 icons, if you have an Android they are at the top; if an iPhone at the bottom.  Choose the one that looks like 2 people.
  5. Scroll through the list to make sure they are not there.  DO NOT CLICK INVITE!!!
  6. If not there, click on the Blue circle with a person icon and plus sign.
  7. Enter first name.
  8. Now Enter Last name.
  9. Enter either phone or email – lately email is best.
  10. Click the checkmark to add them.
  11. Now wait a few seconds after this and go back to Contacts list.
  12. Scroll to that person and click on them.
  13. You should now be able to click on the Chat Bubble and send them a message.

Adding Contacts in Desktop:

  1.  When on the Chats, click on a person’s circle.
  2. Then Click on the “i” top right corner.
  3. Choose Add Contact.
  4. Then choose Create.
  5. Then you can click on Close.
  6. Do that for every person and it will finish the Sync process.  Keep in mind there are still “bugs” to work out.  Anything major, let me know.  FYI – The Sync Process is NOT Immediate.

Security to the N’th Degree

Please do not think it is “just like Skype” that does sync the history and contacts. PrimeOne Chat does NOT have that because it is a security feature so if someone does figure out your log in information, your HISTORY is safe. So are your contacts.

This is why in order to connect with anyone, they have to be in your contacts and spelled identically as your own device.
