Looking for healthy quick hot breakfast and a short list of ingredients? I am finding I spend more and more time on TikTok. What I like about it is that I can see the recipe come together visually. So while I am new to publishing my own videos, watching them is easy, but addictive.

For this recipe, it has many benefits. First, prep time is so simple, your kids will want to make it themselves. Second, there are only 3 ingredients so it goes together quickly. And finally, it is Keto friendly and gluten free. A healthy, hot breakfast that is yummy and clean up is just as quick!

Prepping for a Healthy Quick Hot Breakfast

Okay, here we go, ready? For this recipe, pull out your muffin pan and count how many muffins spots there are. Just trust me!

Now, get the cooking spray out and spray the inside of each muffin spot. Start the oven, preheating to 350 degrees.

While you set the muffin tin down, go to your refrigerator and pull out the ingredients. I hope you can remember all of them. Eggs, you will need 1 egg for each muffin spot in the pan. Thus, why I asked you to count out how many spots there are. Next up, shredded cheddar cheese, we won’t be measuring this. We are going to just eyeball it. And finally, bacon bits or premade sausage. Just one or the other, don’t overcomplicate it all. Let’s keep it simple folks.

Ok, because we are handling eggs, please wash your hands with some soap before we begin. Who knows what they last touched. Oh wait, it would be the meat. Well, still let’s be safe and wash them again. Sing the Alphabet song 2 times through for best results.

So you have your muffin pan in front of you, crack open the egg and let it fall into a muffin spot. Do this with each each egg and muffin spot.

Now fill the muffin spot with the shredded cheddar cheese. If you have dogs like I do, be nice and be messy so they can help with the cleanup. They like that and it helps them feel like they have job security.

Lastly, put a enough bacon bits on top of the cheese in a single layer and place the muffin pan into the oven. Set the timer for 20 minutes, but check it at 15 minutes. When the tops are golden brown, your eggs are done.
